• What's ASPI driver? Where can I get it?
  
  Audio DVD Creator uses ASPI driver to access CD/DVD drives.

  Latest ASPI version for Windows XP, allows you to run Audio DVD Creator without Administrative privileges.

• Which types of media files can be added to Audio DVD?
  
  Audio DVD Creator supports:
  MP3, WAV, Windows Media Format(.wma, .wmv, .asf), Real Media(.rm), OGG, FLAC, AC3 and AVI.

• Why I cannot add media files that are supported by Audio DVD Creator?
  
  1. Currently, Audio DVD Creator only supports media files be recorded at 22.05kHz, 32kHz, 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz and 96kHz.
  2. Except MP3 and WAV files, you may have to install 3rd party DirectShow Filters properly according to the file formats you want to add. To learn more about this, please see "Which DirectShow Filters should I install and where can I get them?".
  3. Audio DVD Creator doesn't accept protected (DRM) WMA files.
  4. Audio DVD Creator doesn't accept mono audio files. You may use a third party software to convert files from mono to stereo.

• Which DirectShow Filters should I install and where can I get them?
  
  The following DirectShow Filters (and software) are our recommendation. You may also find other DirectShow Filters which can do the same work.

• Why my Audio DVD can't be played?
  
  Please make sure that your DVD player supports the Audio Format you use. For PCM, 96kHz/24bits may not be supported. For AC3, the bitrate except for 96kbps, 192kbps, 384kbps, 448kbps may not be supported.

• How to play your Audio DVD?
  
  

  You can play the DVD created by Audio DVD Creator as well as what you normally do to a commercial DVD. Besides, there are some useful (but not so obvious) features we want you know.

  • How to select tracks when the created DVD has more than 10 albums (DVD titles)?
  
  The created Audio DVD displays 10 albums (DVD titles) at a time in the DVD menu. You can press the Left/Right arrow buttons on the DVD remote to access the next/previous 10 albums.
  
  
  • Play music directly (skip the DVD menu) when you insert the created DVD.
  
  If you check the option "Play music directly instead of showing menu when disc inserted" in the "Settings" window (the second step) for creating Audio DVD, the DVD menu won't be shown and the first track (DVD title) will be played when you insert the DVD. You can access the DVD menu through the DVD remote whenever you want later. Actually this is not an option of playing the Audio DVD because you cannot change the behavior once the DVD is made. So make a choice before making the DVD.
  
  
  • Return to the current page of the DVD menu.
  
  Press the "Title Menu" button on the DVD remote will bring you to the first page of the DVD menu which will display titles from 1 to 10. Also, by pressing the "Root Menu" button on the DVD remote, you can access the menu which contains the currently playing title. For example, when you plays a track in title 23, press "Root Menu" button will bring you to the menu which will display titles from 21 to 30.

• I lost my register code, what should I do?
  
  1. Visit "Customer Care Center".
  2. Click "My account", and login using your order data.
  3. Choose your order, and click "Details" to get the detail information.
  4. Choose "Key file" in detail page, and click "Download again" to download the key file.

• How can I upgrade my soft to the latest version?
  
  You can download and install the latest version of Audio DVD creator at http://www.audio-dvd-creator.com/download.htm without uninstall the old version, your register information will be kept automatically.

• I changed my email address, it is different with my register email address now, what should I do?
  
  You need change your register email address at first, you can contact with us for this issue, and then you can get your register code back as normal.

• I have no credit card, how can I order your product?
