• Wat is een ASPI driver? Waar kan ik deze krijgen?
  
  Audio DVD Creator gebruikt ASPI driver voor toegang tot de CD/DVD spelers.

• Welke media bestanden kunnen worden toegevoegd aan Audio DVD?
  
  Audio DVD Creator ondersteunt:
  MP3, WAV, Windows Media Formaat(.wma, .wmv, .asf), Real Media(.rm), OGG, FLAC, AC3 en AVI.

• Waarom kan ik geen media bestanden toevoegen die Audio DVD Creator ondersteunt?
  
  1. Op dit moment ondersteunt Audio DVD Creator alleen media bestanden opgenomen op 22.05kHz, 32kHz, 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz en 96kHz.
  2. Behalve voor MP3 en WAV bestanden kan het noodzakelijk zijn om derden DirectShow Filters te gebruiken voor de bestanden die je wilt toevoegen. Om hiet meer over te weten te komen , zie ook "Welke DirectShow Filters moet ik installeren en waar vind ik deze?".
  3. Audio DVD Creator accepteert geen beveiligde (DRM) WMA bestanden.

• Welke DirectShow Filters moet ik installeren en waar vind ik deze?
  
  De volgende DirectShow Filters (en software) worden door ons aanbevolen. Je kan ook andere DirectShow Filters vinden welke hetzelfde kunnen.

• Waarom kan mijn Audio DVD niet worden afgespeeld?
  
  Kijk na of uw DVD speler het Audio Formaat ondersteunt. Het is mogelijk dat PCM, 96kHz/24bits niet ondersteunt wordt. Voor AC3 kunnen de bitrates 96kbps, 192kbps, 384kbps, 448kbps niet ondersteunt worden.

• How to play your Audio DVD?
  
  

  You can play the DVD created by Audio DVD Creator as well as what you normally do to a commercial DVD. Besides, there are some useful (but not so obvious) features we want you know.

  • How to select tracks when the created DVD has more than 10 albums (DVD titles)?
  
  The created Audio DVD displays 10 albums (DVD titles) at a time in the DVD menu. You can press the Left/Right arrow buttons on the DVD remote to access the next/previous 10 albums.
  
  
  • Play music directly (skip the DVD menu) when you insert the created DVD.
  
  If you check the option "Play music directly instead of showing menu when disc inserted" in the "Settings" window (the second step) for creating Audio DVD, the DVD menu won't be shown and the first track (DVD title) will be played when you insert the DVD. You can access the DVD menu through the DVD remote whenever you want later. Actually this is not an option of playing the Audio DVD because you cannot change the behavior once the DVD is made. So make a choice before making the DVD.
  
  
  • Return to the current page of the DVD menu.
  
  Press the "Title Menu" button on the DVD remote will bring you to the first page of the DVD menu which will display titles from 1 to 10. Also, by pressing the "Root Menu" button on the DVD remote, you can access the menu which contains the currently playing title. For example, when you plays a track in title 23, press "Root Menu" button will bring you to the menu which will display titles from 21 to 30.

  1. Bezoek "Customer Care Center (Engels)".
  2. Klik "My account", en login met de bestel data.
  3. Kies de order, en klik "Details" om de detail informatie te krijgen.
  4. Kies "Key file" in de detail pagina, en klik "Download again" om het sleutel bestand te downloaden.

• Hoe kan ik mijn software upgraden naar de nieuwste versie?
  
  Je kan de nieuwste versie van Audio DVD creator downloaden en installeren op http://www.audio-dvd-creator.com/download.htm zonder de oude versie te de-installeren, de registratie informatie blijft automatisch behouden.

• Ik heb mijn e-mail adres veranderd, het is anders dan mjn registratie e-mail adres, wat moet ik doen?
  
  Je moet als eerste je registratie e-mail adres veranderen. Je kan contact met ons opnemen hiervoor en je zal de registratie code terugkrijgen zoals normaal.

• Ik heb geen creditkaart, Hoe kan ik een product aanschaffen?
